TERRITORY MANAGER (BANCASSURANCE)- Team Handling Profile
Eligibility Criteria
1. Presently working at a management level role , team handling , branch handling , achieving targets and reviewing branches performances, coordinating with Banks for business.
2. Must have exposure of Baroda Markets
3. Must have experience in sourcing business from Banks
4. Required Immediate Joining.
KRAS
1. Recruitments of Divisional Managers and Relationship Managers.
2. Handling team and bank branches.
3. Building relationships with BOB and BOI branches.
4. Monitoring, training and motivating team members to source business from Banks.
5. Campaigning and Visiting banks regularly.
6. Achieving business targets.
7. Heading Rajasthan for Banc assurance channel.
