NirmalGyan Enterprises provides a platform for freelance recruiters to work on recruitment mandates and earn revenue by placing candidates in companies across industries and profiles. The freelance recruiters will work from home using our platform, on requirements posted by our clients (recruitment firms and other organizations) in BFSI Domain.
You must have
- Good understanding of recruitment business
- Must not be working with any organization in a full-time role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on complex requirements
Please note that
- There is no joining/membership fee to be paid to NirmalGyan Enterprises
- You will be required to take care of your phone bill, internet charges etc
- There is no monthly fixed payment/salary pay
- You will earn a commission on every candidate that you place. This commission is 50% of the placement fee.
- Data of candidates as per the location & Job position will be shared by us.
