Job Description:
- Acquisition & key account management: Acquisition of additional business verticals from existing accounts. Acquisition of affinity accounts. Acquisition of accounts building a rural portfolio. Key account management of all accounts within his geography. Driving business from allotted relationships in his geography through BSMs. Ensuring business from non-PSU Bank relationships in his geography as the individual contributor.
- Relationship Building with Key Personnel: Mapping key personnel in the specified branches. Identify valid hooks for each key. Share latest developments on the Kotak tie up and inform him about circulars etc.
- Conversion of Accounts: Look for opportunities in the affinity groups in his geography and acquire them. Share about service standards maintained by Kotak Life including claim settlement(s).
- Managing front line sales team: Goal setting and activity management of the team to achieve desired results. Development of each team member based on his specific needs Inspires each member of the team to maximize inputs.
