· Regional position based in Noida. Reporting to Regional Manager Sales and Zone Head Strategic Initiative.
· Expected competencies : Strategic Thinking, Result orientation, Working with and through others, Multi location handling skill, Selling Skill.
· Span of Control : 10 locations, >150 Leaders and ~500 distributors
· Role and Responsibility : Increasing Agency Associate (AAP)* base by promoting new AAPs and engaging existing Agency Associates for enhanced productivity to meet region business targets.
